Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash, PayPal, cashiers checks.
Return Policy
For all in store sales we offer a full refund within 5 days of purchase on new items. Used items 3 day return policy, 10% restocking fee. Items purchased in-store and shipped are non-refundable.
For out of state sales, we have a 5 day return policy, a 10% restocking fee for returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping charges.
All returned items must be in the condition in which they were purchased with no modifications and no wear; returned items must be in the condition which they left the store.
Online Inventory
We try to add items to our website on a weekly basis. Instruments are categorized by type. If you are looking for something you do not see please email or call and we will be happy to help.
We have also set up an email sign up page when new items are posted. In addition, utilize Instagram and Facebook for updates and product demos.

Shipping Policy
We typically ship instruments FED-EX ground to all 50 States. We do not ship internationally.
For smaller retail items we will use USPS or FED-EX. (see Return Policy on items shipped)
Layaway Policy
We offer a 60 day layaway policy with 20% down on the following items: guitars, amplifiers, and effect pedals. The deposit is non-refundable after 14 days. Customers can make payments during the layaway period, or pay the balance before or at the final day of the 60 day period. We do not offer refunds on layaways.
